Required one Professional – Linux System Administrator

Open ERP OnDemand (SaaS) Linux System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator

That SA would be responsible of the Open ERP OnDemand infrastructure.

For the European market, the OnDemand Open ERP servers are hosted on dedicated Debian servers using the Vserver technology and for the US market they are hosted on the Amazone dynamic virtual server technology.

The tasks are :

• Manage the GNU/Debian servers

• Secure and monitor the OnDemand infrastructure

• Manage the Vservers (create, delete, etc.) (Europe)

• Manage the Amazon virtual servers (US)

• Manage ressources load and availability.

• Manage backups

Requires a very good knowledge of the following points :

• GNU/Debian Linux

• Networking

• Vserver

• ssh

• iptables

• rsync (rsnapshot is used for backups)

• linux security

This is a high responsibility job as we contractualy ensure à 9/5 quality service to the customers (99.999% uptime a year). So the OnDemand infrastructure could never be unavailable.
